2. CITIZEN DEMAND KIOSK
Keeping in mind that KIOSK has made an outstanding place in e-
Governance services for local to national level governing bodies, we
have taken an initiative to utilize this resource for “generating
demands” focussing primarily in MGNREGA and profound
Governmental departments’ working & handling system and named it
CITIZEN DEMAND KIOSK.
This platform creates “one touch” solution for registering the demand
to respective authorities and control its transmission to the service
provider instantly. It informs the MNREGA job card holder his/ her
own identity as a citizen of India and reminding responsibilities
towards nation. It also reminds respective authorities of the
departments about daily basis demand generation reports and it’s
providence by immediate response action against the demand raised.
