Facility & Equipment
10 sets of cold chamber die casting
machine ranging from 180T to 1200T,
which are able to produce castings
up to approximately 25 lbs.
5sets of hot chamber die casting
machine ranging from 50T to 180T.
CNC lathes with milling and drilling
capabilities, and various manual
machines for grinding, turning,
milling, drilling, cutoff and honing.

Monitored by detailed First Article, In-
process, Final Inspection procedures
and formal documentation.
All materials are inspected and
documented upon arrival from approved
suppliers.
Statistical process control techniques are
used throughout manufacturing facilities,
and attained ISO9001-2008.
Test equipment includes, CMM,
Projector, Salt-fog test instrument,
Roughness Meter, Digital Caliper, No-go
Gauge, etc.
