Delaware is bordered by Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the second smallest state by land area and sixth least populated, but is a major center for business and finance. Some important cities in Delaware include Dover, the capital, and Wilmington, the largest city, as well as the beach resort of Rehoboth Beach.
