Milembe Emmanuel Silanga declared that he was born in Somanda Village, Bariadi District, Simiyu Region of Tanzania in 1996 to Emmanuel Gungu Silanga and Kija Emmanuel Gungu Silanga. He stated that his father is a Tanzanian citizen, as shown by the attached passport. Milembe declared that he is therefore a Tanzanian citizen by birth.

hereby solemnly swear and state as follows:

2. That I was born of EMMANUEL GUNGU SILANGA who is my father and KIJA
EMMANUEL GUNGU SILANGA who is my mother.
3. That my father is a Tanzanian citizen. I attach the passport of my father as annexure
MES-1 for easy reference.
4. That I am a Tanzanian citizen by birth
5. That I have taken this declaration to confirm that I am a Tanzanian citizen by birth
6. That I make this solemn declaration believing the same to be true of my own
knowledge.
