3. National Mathematics Day
• This is celebrated every year to celebrated the
birthday of Srinivasa Ramanujan.
• He was an Indian
Mathematician who
contributed to the
theory of numbers
including pioneering
discoveries of the
properties of the
Partition Function.

4. • In 1666 Guru Gobind Singh was born. He was the last of
the ten Sikh Gurus. He was a warrior, poet and a
philosopher.
