DCS has 43 employees, 400 clients, and annual revenue of £3.7 million. Neopost aims to expand its customer communication management offerings beyond mail solutions with this acquisition. Both Neopost and DCS executives expressed excitement about growth opportunities through combining their complementary expertise and customer bases.

Romford, 31 March 2014: Neopost Ltd, the UK subsidiary of the European
leader in Mailing Solutions as well as a fast-growing provider of Communication
and Shipping Solutions, today announced that it has finalised the acquisition of
Data Capture Solutions Ltd in the UK.
Data Capture Solutions Ltd (DCS) provide a wide range of information
management software and service solutions targeted at improving business
efficiency.
Established in 1996, DCS is based in Slough, UK and has 43 employees. The
company has built strong partnerships with over 400 clients to supply software
solutions and services across multiple industry sectors. During this period, DCS
have successfully evolved their services from document scanning into fully-
fledged business process automation through the development of a portfolio of
software solutions.
Their solutions offer integrated processing capability, from intelligent capture to
electronic delivery of business process applications. The core areas of expertise
centre on:
• Digital mailroom services; including document and data capture, business
process automation and records management
• SaaS/Cloud based EDM & BPM solutions; enabling the automation of back
office processes
