Erum Naz submits her resignation as the Billing Officer at Sana'a General Hospital. She cites several reasons for resigning including rampant illiteracy among staff who rely on her work, harassment from coworkers trying to interrupt her MBA studies, misbehavior from recently transferred employees, lack of action on prior complaints submitted to management, and widespread qat chewing among staff with no repercussions. Erum feels she can no longer continue working in this environment.

Subject: - Resignation from Service Billing Officer.
Please be informed that I am submitting my resignation with effect from today due to following reason.
1. Race in the department.
2. All the staff is illiterate and they are through their work on me all the time. Since I joined
whatever the company I was responsible I have finished their billing at the first. But the SGH
have the value of illiterate staff not at all literate staff. Especially in AR department.
3. Since I am doing MBA Finance they are trying their best to interrupt me all the time so that they
ll stop me to do so.
4. Most of the time they are misbehaving specially Mr. Ahmed who was just transferred from A& D
department by the management. Today he does the same as well.
5. Most of the time females are sitting in the department and they are not objecting on these
issues. At that time no work was affected.
6. There are more serious incidents happens in the department which is very serious but no
actions taken on that.
7. I have already submitted my written complaint in the month of Ramadan to the management
but no actions has been taken.
8. Most of the staff specially Mr. Mazen and including Dr. Mohammed Dehan is chewing Qaate in
the department and most of the time they just come and go home after punching and there is
no one will ask them in the department bcs they have support from management.
Due to following reason I do not wants to continue my Job.
