Background: One of the global IT vendors wanted to understand and analyze the IT market from the
Channel perspective across the Asia Pacific region. In this regard a comprehensive Face-2-Face data
collection activity was envisaged across seven countries in the Asia Pacific region

Sample Size: 8000 , Coverage : Asia Pacific


Objective: To understand the IT market from the channel perspective and also take the feedback and
benchmark the support services provided by the vendor as against the competition .


Methodology: Face-2-Face interviews was conducted with the channel partner community across the
Asia Pacific region. Data Next used its own database of channel partner community in order to complete
the study.


Deliverables: Apart from conducting the interviews, Data Next also entered the data and delivered the
data in analyzable format after cleaning and standardization in both Microsoft Excel as well as SPSS
format.

Background: One of the leading management consulting firm based out of US wanted to conduct and
Brand Equity and Health survey for a multinational consumer product company. A research was
conceptualized among the users, non users and new users of the product


Sample Size: 10,000 , Coverage : Asia Pacific and EMEA

Objective: To understand the brand health of the product and devise strategies in terms of improving
the brand health .


Methodology: A multimodal research was conducted using all the research methodologies such as Face
to Face, Telephonic as well as web enabled interviews in order to get the right mix of respondents .


Deliverables: Data Next, managed the entire research operations and delivered the data after entry and
cleaning. Data Next also assisted the client in conducting the significance testing on the data and
