Dan is an experienced airport master planner who
specializes in ground transportation facility planning. He
understands the relationships between the physical,
operational, and financial needs of an Airport. Dan has
worked at over 35 airports throughout the world.
Dan has managed master plans in Brazil, Ecuador,
Harrisburg, and Panama and assisted on many others.
He has conducted a wide range of ground access
studies including curbside and roadway planning and
simulation; parking strategies, layouts, designs, and
demand analysis; rental car facility planning.
Dan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering
(transportation) from the University of California,
Berkeley and is fluent in Spanish.
