The Fayette County Parks & Recreation Department is offering dance classes taught by a certified Arthur Murray instructor to learn ballroom dances like the waltz, foxtrot, and swing. Students will have the option to perform at local events. Sessions will be held on Saturdays from September to November at the Kiwanis Center in Fayetteville. A separate class called "My Wedding Dance" is designed for wedding parties or those hoping to impress at a wedding with a customized dance lesson.

Learn the correct basics for Waltz, Foxtrot, and Swing. Now you can learn in a
fun and friendly group right here in Fayetteville. Dancing is easy when you learn

This class is geared towards anyone in the wedding party, or simply planning
(hoping) for a future wedding. Want to “wow” the crowd and impress your friends
and family...or just keep it simple without reverting to the “eighth grade waddle?”
Sondra’s lessons are tailored to fit your needs and comfort level. Together, you
can create the dance that fits your personality for all to remember for a lifetime.
