Le scaffalature porta-pallet verniciate si sviluppano nella versione che
parte da nastro pre-zincato: i montanti sono collegati da traversi e
diagonali bullonati. Nel contempo Ponteggi Dalmine si dota di risorse
manageriali e stringe accordi con partner internazionali per realizzare
impianti automatici come system integrator.
The originally painted pallet racking is developed into a version that
starts with a pre-galvanised strip and with uprights bolted to

Nasce Dalmine Logistic Solutions, fusione dei due rami d’azienda Marcegaglia
Buildtech divisione magazzinaggio e l’Engineering di Struttura System.
La continuità con la Storia è rappresentata dalla denominazione ma, soprattutto,
dal rinnovato impegno sociale e senso di responsabilità verso le risorse umane,
i siti produttivi con il loro ambiente e i Clienti artefici di un successo che dura da oltre
settant’anni.
Ci si è concentrati, inoltre, sul futuro del settore della logistica individuando tre fattori
principali:
• L’aumento della digitalizzazione della filiera
• La sostenibilità ambientale
• L’automazione nelle piattaforme logistiche, fattore indispensabile per aumentare la

nuovo scaffale Bi-Bloc con corrente bullonato e ripiani con doghe alternate per
sistemi automatici per cartoni.
Nasce il FormDal, una scalera dedicata allo stoccaggio automatico
dei formaggi a pasta dura.
Dalmine LS invests in a new line for the production of interlocking shelves for
automatic storage systems in bins for small parts, responding to new market
and system integrator requirements.
Dalmine LS produces the new Bi-Bloc shelf with bolted beams and shelves

PRODUZIONE / PRODUCTION
Grazie ai continui investimenti ed allo staff interno
di R&D, Dalmine LS si avvale di unità produttive
caratterizzate da continuità, velocità e qualità.
I sistemi di scaffalatura prodotti da Dalmine LS sono
realizzati in acciaio strutturale ad alta resistenza e
sottoposto a processo di zincatura. La zincatura
Sendzimir della materia prima assicura un’ottima
durata dei prodotti, oltre che una protezione
superficiale degli stessi.
Completato il processo di controllo qualità, i coils
vengono tagliati a misura e trasferiti alle linee di
produzione dedicate. I cicli produttivi che si svolgono
all’interno degli stabilimenti di Potenza e Graffignana
sono caratterizzati da processi all’avanguardia,
linee completamente automatizzate
a basso impatto energetico.
Per quanto riguarda la lavorazione, le tecniche a
freddo impiegate sono: il roll forming ed il brake
pressing. Il roll forming è un processo attraverso il
quale una lamiera, solitamente in coils, viene piegata
a temperatura ambiente fino ad ottenere la sezione
desiderata. Questa piegatura viene effettuata in
continuo e su larga scala. Il processo di brake
pressing, invece, si caratterizza per l’azione di un
carico verticale che va a deformare l’acciaio
comprimendo la materia prima contro una matrice.
I profili così realizzati sono completati in linea,
inserendo nel processo lavorazioni accessorie per
ottenere elementi complessi ed estremamente
performanti.

The shelving systems produced by Dalmine LS
are made of high strength galvanised structural
steel and subjected to galvanization process.
Sendzimir galvanization of the raw material
ensures an excellent durability of the products,
as well as a surface protection.
Once the quality control process is completed,
the coils are cut to size and transferred to
dedicated production lines. The production cycles
in Potenza and Graffignana plants are
characterized by cutting-edge processes,
fully automated lines with low energy impact.
As for the processing, the cold techniques used
are roll forming and brake pressing.
Roll forming is a process by which a sheet,
usually in coils, is bent at room temperature to
obtain the desired section. Such bending is carried
out ceaselessly and on a large scale.
The brake pressing process, on the other hand,
is characterised by the action of a vertical load
that deforms the steel by compressing the raw
material against a die. The profiles thus produced
are completed in-line, incorporating accessory
machining in the process to obtain complex,
high-performance elements.
