Jeffrey Dahmer was a serial killer and sex offender who murdered 17 victims in Ohio and Wisconsin between 1978 and 1991. He was a necrophiliac and cannibal who would kill his victims, have sex with their corpses, and dismember their bodies. Dahmer had a troubled psychological profile, suffering from necrophilia, and was both organized and disorganized in his killings, committing some murders on impulse. He was ultimately sentenced to 15 consecutive life terms in prison.
