Solar-Driven Asia proposes to supply utility vehicles to CWT and provide maintenance services. They will supply various electric vehicles including dump trucks, buggies, and off-road vehicles. SDA will also implement a preventative maintenance program including inspections every 90 days and lubrication every 120 days. Maintenance will be performed on-site with technicians available by phone.

SDA has a full service vehicle maintenance and repairs workshop facility that has 2 decades of automotive
servicing experience.
Most recently SDA has been actively engaging in the servicing, repair and full overhaul of Electric Utility &
Recreational Vehicles.
Workshop Facilities
Our workshop occupies the ground floor at the Halcyon 2 housing staff strength of 30 including Mechanical
and Electrical Service Technicians and Bodywork Specialists.

We have taken every care to provide accurate costing and information specific to CWT’s requirements. Please

10. Vehicle Service Schedule Cycle
A simple Service Scheduling Cycle will be drawn up for implementation. This schedule be formatted to
accommodate a minimum of 2 vehicles daily in the morning, This method of operations will free up time for
repair time outside the scope of normal servicing in the afternoon. This format allows for scale up to a
maximum of 4 servicing vehicles before noon time, should the total number of carts increase in the future.
Maintenance and Service Tools
WA / SDA incorporate use of a specialised Electric Vehicle Programmer.
The EV Handheld Programmer provides a simple and intuitive interface to electronic products for testing,
diagnostics and parameter adjustments. This
Accessibility
The hand phone contact numbers of both assigned technicians will be provided to the CWT.
An office hour hotline number will be established for CWT or NParks directly.
For all other times the hand phone numbers of SDA Senior Management will be at the disposal of CWT.
Facility
It is recommended that servicing and repairs will be carried out on-site and at back of the house. The location
suggested should be with the existing Buggy Charging Area. A tools cabinet and work area may be set up to
meet service bay requirements (wet and dry).
The appointed technicians will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of this area.
Unless required and in the case of very major repairs that need the use of very specialist equipment, only then
will the buggy be towed to our main servicing facility Halcyon 2, 47 Jalan Pemimpin, #01-02/03, Singapore
577200.
