credit worthiness of the customers. Research data to determines
if a company pays on a timely basis, is not in a financial trouble,
and has not been in a bankruptcy
 Enters and verifies the daily revenue of the property on the daily
operating report ensuring that all figures are accurate and tie to
related ledger totals
 • Contacts delinquent accounts and takes appropriate actions.
Establishes payment schedule or makes a determination of
collection
 Prepares the back page by entering the control reports, cash
over and short reports, and deposits in a business spreadsheet

 Analyzing the standard cost vs. the actual cost in order to
highlight the financial variances.
 Performing cost analysis to the management and analyzing the
cost of goods sold (COGS).
 Providing important cost analysis to the management to support
the decision making process regarding unprofitable products

are in its right places. Makes sure of the 5% sales tax and 12%
service charge
 Prints General Ledger and makes posting in Fidelio Back Office
