• Project Name: Air Hockey Robot (AHR)
Project Overview:
 A robot that uses computer vision algorithms to analyze a video frame
captured by PS3 camera to detect the position and direction of Disc this
algorithm is implemented using OpenCV program on PC
 Once the Disc is detected the Robot will move according to some data for
defense or attack using three stepper motor which move for a specific period
of time and a specific step rate (speed)

2.  The three mentioned above motors is driven via Arduino connected to the
PC which sends the tracking info. Form PS3 camera with a frequency up to 60
HZ.

3. Research:
• Compression between PI , PD , and PID Control system with various Variables.
• Compression between Hydraulic , Pneumatic , Electric drive systems.

• Practical training course as a Mechatronics engineer at Spartan modern Industry
factory from February to June 2014
