 NVQLevel 3 in Patisserie and Confectionery (Currently working through) to finish July 2016
I amcurrently learning furtherskills and techniquesto producepatisserieand confectionery.Each assessmentis
designed to simulate a real working environment,forexampleweget a list of productsto bakewithin a time
limit and within a small team.We also go onto learn furthertechnical skills such aspulling sugar,creating flower
pasteflowers,tempering chocolateetc. I havemy portfolio to date with photosof assessmentproductswhich
I’vemade.
