Summary
ArtakManukyan has more than 12 years of consulting experience focusing on public procurement, environmentaleconomics and
tourism projects. Since 2003, he w orked as an independent consultant/expert forseveralinternationalorganizations, including the
World Bank, Asian Development Bank and United Nations Development Programme. He has also acted as a researcher and
lecturer for a number of international organizations (including Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and Potsdam University) and
projects.
Since 2004 his focus are tourism, w here he has 6 years lecturing experience in one of the best universities in Armenia (Armenian
State University of Economics).
Since 2008, Artakhas been engaged in various projects of TI AC and other NGOs related to the monitoring of public procurement
and procurement audit.
Artakhas a PhD in Economics fromthe Economic Research Institute in Yerevan, and a diploma fromthe Armenian State Institute of
Economics. He is an author of more than 40 publications in referred academic journals.
