Introduction
I have been engaged with various Corporate Hospitals during my
professional journey for last 20 years. During my journey, my objective has
been for result oriented growth by achieving a developed and complete
healthcare institutions. I also focused my participation in branding the
healthcare institution. I must say, though I have not asked for any return
for my sincere, hard working and dedicating approach, my C.V reflects
continuous uprising of my professional career for which I am indebted
to my ever beloved gurus.
EXPERIENCE AS GENERAL MANAGER, OPERATION
As already stated above, I had worked with Vivekananda Hospital , Durgapur
(160 bedded Multi Specialty Hospital) as General Manager, Operation from 17th
October, 2011 till 31st
July, 2012 . As a General Manager, Operation, I was
required to discharge each and every sphere of administrative jobs which include:-
Manage the entire administrative functions of the hospital, entailing HR
& personnel, Billing, Diagnostics, front office, patient relations,
inventory, F & B, transportation and security.
Analyzed prospective patient demography and other factors to
ascertain key market and prime location.
Planned and executed comprehensive marketing strategy to successfully
ignite growth and profits.
Actively participated in preparation, revision and updating the
company’s Policy and Procedure Manuals and employees’ Hand
Book.

Cutting edge managerial ideas which helped in significant increase of
revenues with simultaneous decrease of expenses through streamlining
procedures and implementing cost effective measures.
Played a pivotal role in the implementation of HMS/HIS System using

EXPERIENCE AS ASSTT. MANAGER, ADMN. & OPERATION
I worked with The Mission Hospital, Durgapur (250 bedded Super Specialty
Hospital) during the period from 2nd
December, 2008 till 16th Oct., 2011. I joined
in the said The Mission Hospital as a Sr. Executive, Operation and rose to
the level of Asst. Manager, Administration & Operation. As Asstt. Manager,
Administration & Operation, I had to look after administrative jobs which
include:-
Led a team of 300 staff and executives with necessary support and
direction.
Accomplished overall growth of the Hospital both in terms of patient
intake as well as revenue.

Received the recognition of the Management for maintaining healthy
management-employee relationship resulting in enhanced
productivity.
Actively participated in coordinating and setting up standard operating
procedure.
Actively participated in recruitment and preparation of man power
planning.
Maintaining proper coordination with various departments and
consultants.
For my active participation and overall involvement in various activities
for the growth of the Hospital, I was nominated as the BEST
EMPLOYEE for the year 2009.
EXPERIENCE AS PATIENT SERVICE MANAGER
I worked with Apollo Gleneagles Hospital , Kolkata (400 bedded NABH
accredited Super Specialty Hospital) during the period from 1995 to 2008.
I joined as a receptionist in APOLLO GLENEAGLES HOSPITAL in the
year of 1995( erstwhile DUNCAN GOENKA CLINIC).
For my devotion towards duties, I was promoted as a Coordinator after
1(One) year where I was responsible to keep coordination with various
Departments for smooth running of the Clinic..
Being satisfied with my performance, the Management was pleased to
promote me as a OT Coordinator after 2(two) years where I was
responsible to keep and maintain proper co-ordination for running the OT
as per schedule and also responsible for proper counseling the patient party.

Thereafter I was transferred to the hospital after two years and worked
as a coordinator in OPD and floor.
After two years, I was promoted as a PATIENT SERVICE MANAGER .
During this tenure, I was completed my BLS course .Though I worked as
Patient Service Manager, yet I was entrusted the job of conducting marketing
camps to augment the business of the Hospital which I successfully completed
with the full satisfaction of the Management.
As a PATIENT SERVICE MANAAGER my main motto was to satisfy the
patient with various services of the Hospital and in doing so, I had to make
proper coordination with various Departments of Hospital. During this
tenure, I was associated with the core team member for setting a in-
house CALL CENTRE and also involved with the Internal Marketing Team.
I was fortunate to be a team member for establishing a complete
TELE-MEDICINE Department .
I was responsible to keep full and update breakdown list for overall smooth
running of Hospital.
As a team leader of both Disaster Management Group and Code Blue
Team, I always keep and update myself as well as my team members for
proper management of the same.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
I was involved with shaping of APOLLO GLENEAGLES HOSPITALS LTD.,
KOLKATA ( a 400 bedded NABH accredited Super Specialty Hospital)
where I was member of the core team which was entrusted with the
responsibilities of setting up of the total support service department within
a stipulated time period.
I was associated with execution, commissioning & running of Gastro ICCU
and Neuro ICCU in the said APOLLO GLENEAGLES HOSPITALS LTD.,
KOLKATA
I was also associated with the execution, commissioning & running of
ITU / ICCU / CCU / Surgical ICU / OT facility in THE MISSION
HOSPITAL, DURGAPUR (a 250 bedded Super Specialty Hospital).
I was fortunate to be a team member in establishing a complete tele-
medicine and tele-healthcare facility for the said THE MISSION
HOSPITAL, DURGAPUR. This unique facility was one of its kind in the
whole of the District of Burdwan and under this project we introduced a
complete mobile Tele-Health hospital.
I was associated with preparation of various documentation for NABH
accreditation in respect of the said THE MISSION HOSPITAL, DURGAPUR.
In this regard, it may be mentioned that the said THE MISSION HOSPITAL,
DURGAPUR has recently been awarded the accreditation of NABH.
I was also associated with preparation of various documentation for JCI
accreditation while I was working with the said APOLLO GLENEAGLES
HOSPITALS LTD., KOLKATA and also involved in conducting training
programs in this regard. I am proud to be an active member in achieving the
said JCI accreditation.
