The Smart city project for the Capital city of Amaravati envisions the development to be an integrated
and sustainable Peoples Capital. The scope of work was to provide the Greening Guidelines &
Strategies at City Level. Played a key role in designing open space strategies and Developing
Demonstration Tile for proposal for Vilage Integration.
• Bandra Mahim Causeway Design (Greenspace Alliance)_Urban Park
This project was about developing design scheme for the piece of land next to the “Love Mumbai “
garden . Southern part of the Site is the Mahim bay marrying the Arabian Sea. Meandering loops of
pathway, Local Artworks , and other unique program is developed for this scheme.
• BRT PCMC Linear Park (Greenspace Alliance)_Urban Park
Interesting linear park is designed with elements for seating , sundial plaza, maze etc for residents of
Pimpri for land parcel along the Pune Brt Track. Have worked on designing elements for the same.
• Island City Centre , Mumbai ( Greenspace Alliance)_Mixed Use
Have worked on a series of stages for this project for Client Bombay Realty For this high end
township.
• Seasons Hubtown,Mumbai (Greenspace Alliance)_Residential
Landscape Designing and compiling Tree inventory for this Project involving more than 400 Existing
Trees .

Spa Campus was developed in
three sections understanding the
natural drainage pattern of the
site, slope analysis, existing
vegetation pattern, surroundings
of the site.
• The site planning aspects led to
certain modifications of the plan
after a detailed Architect’s Plan
Appraisal.
• The entry plaza, central plaza,
gorge area have been detailed
further.

•2005- Residents of Defence colony with
Environmental Action forum presented a
proposal to Sheila Dixit for the cleaning
of the Watercourse through Bio
remediation (by planting Vettiver and
other aquatic plants ).
• Residents wanted the watercourse to
be treated and left open. Civic agencies
did not adopt any techniques of these
proposed treatment of the water.
• Worsening of water course -high wall
was built along the watercourse.
•Residents protested when the covering
of drain plans were initiated.
