Work and experience:
From December 2011 until now,
*Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid&Sons Company LTD (artar)
(construction sector) as a vice purchasing manager to accomplish
that:-
1 – the application of purchase orders system between company departments
(projects , warehouses , purchases and financial) through accounting program.
2 – analysis of prices for purchase and cash futures local (inaddition to purchase
of foreign ) and prepare purchase order and contracts.
3 – set up cards for materials purchased properly.
4 – inventory control to reduce the purchase of materials found warehouses.
5 – keep track of payments rendered to buy term and long-term contracts.
6 – follow up account suppliers.
7 – solve problems facing the warehouses with respect to purchasing operations.
8 – supervising the projects of the material returns to the warehouses end of each
project.
Special reporting period,
1-Report futures and cash purchases provides monthly.
2 - Advance payments report provides monthly.
3 - report the projects of the material returns the end of each project.
From April 2008 until December 2011,
Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid&Sons Company LTD ( artar ) as
a warehouses manager to accomplish that:-
1 –inventory control central and sub warehouses.
2 –development of warehouses and storage methods to increase efficiency in
order to serve the company’s projects.
3 – Set up role for the documentary control on the movement of equipment, tools
and fixed assets.
Special reporting period,
1 - Report on the stock movement warehouses (inventory valuation and others)
(submit Quarterly).
2 - Report on equipment, tools and fixed assets (offers half- year).
3 - Report conversion operations between warehouses (provides monthly).
4 - Report Operations exchange materials for projects (provides monthly).
from February 2005 until January 2008,
Al-Ahram Beverages company - Heineken Egypt (Food sector)
as an assistant branch manager to accomplish that:-
1-Inventory control and provides the needs of the branch of products.
2–monitor the validity of materials from the date of production and expiration.
3–supervising product damaged.
4-administrative coordination between warehouses, sales and financial.
Special Reporting period,
1 - Report on monthly sales volume (directly and indirectly).
2. Monthly Report on the needs of the branch.
3 - Report monthly on the damages.
From October 2004 until February 2005,
Al-Ahram Beverages company - Heineken Egypt.
- Period Training to work in a new branch under the supervision of the branch
manager.
Computer skills :
Oracle program (warehouses - sales - purchasing ).
Navision program (warehouses - purchasing ).
MS Office ( word , excel , power point , access & internet).
