Gabriel Lazarescu is an electrical engineer born in 1971 who has over 25 years of experience in repair, maintenance, and service of electrical systems on various ships. He is currently an electrical engineer at VARD Electro Fincantieri SA in Braila, Romania where he is responsible for commissioning, service, and warranty work. Previously he held electrical technician and engineer roles at Alewijnse Marine SA and Port Bazinul Nou SA, working on projects in Romania, China, Netherlands, and other countries. He received his electrical engineering degree from University Dunarea de Jos in Galati in 2013.
