Duties: ​Worked 6 days a week from 4:30pm to 7pm; main responsibility was refilling the bottled drinks fridge
which consisted of: writing down what was missing, moving back and forth from the back cupboard refilling the
drinks, moving into the basement to retrieve heavy drinks, and restocking the back cupboard. I would also be
responsible for counting the newspapers and writing the count into the books, as well as sweeping and mopping
the floors. On Wednesdays I’d work an extra half hour, since that was when the new stock would come in. I was
never on the till, and so currently have no till experience.
Personal Note: ​While two and a half hours 6 days a week may seem like a small amount of work, I had many
tasks to complete within that time and they were often physically demanding. Especially on Wednesdays with the
new stock, when I’d be expected to carry 20 or so heavy crates of drinks into the basement in half an hour,
constantly ascending and descending the stairs. That’s not to mention that I finished school at 3:45pm, so
essentially worked 12 hours a day almost every weekday for over a year. I am no stranger to hard work.
Skills
I’m proficient with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects and Audition. I can produce high quality animations
with After Effects, and I have a good understanding of audio post processing techniques. I’m currently working on
a portfolio, so even if my role would have nothing to do with marketing, I can possibly provide a little bit of free
marketing with an animated logo or something similar.

I have also been running a YouTube channel since July 2015. Everything on it from the branding to the editing to
the animations are solely my work, and I’m proud to say that I have actually built a small audience with many of my
videos reaching 1000+ views. I do not attribute this to luck, but to my understanding of the market on YouTube and
my branding efforts.
