Applies to Equipment Under a Continual Maintenance Agreement
1. Variable Service Contracts Tailored To Meet Your Needs.
Includes all non-cosmetic parts, service and labor.
Normally includes all operating supplies except paper & staples.
2. Average Four-Hour Response Time
Up to one-month free service-equivalent to contract allowance, if Prime Office Innovations
misses a maximum response time of ten business hours and the machine is inoperable for an
extended period.
3. Free Loaner Policy
Prime Office Innovations will provide a free loaner if your digital copier/printer is under service
contract and is expected to be inoperable for more than two business days.
4. Three-Year Digital System Total Satisfaction Guarantee
Prime Office Innovations guarantees your Total Satisfaction for three years, or a stated copy
amount, for all brand new digital copiers and printers under a continual maintenance
agreement with Prime Office Innovations. If you lease your new equipment through Prime
Office Innovations for a term longer than three years, this guarantee will apply to the entire term
of the lease.
If the original copier/printer fails to meet your expectations, a replacement machine of similar
current value will be provided free of charge or you may return the system and receive a
prorated credit of the original purchase price to apply to a new system.
