A large healthcare system struggled to fill experienced critical care nurses in a rural
location.
A long term care facility needed our services to build a talent pipeline of State Tested
Nursing Assistants (STNAs). They struggled to attract qualified candidates to their job
postings.
How KNK Solved Customer’s Problems
We assigned a teamof KNK Recruiting Talent Sourcing Consultants to the
pharmaceutical services client and was able to fill 97% of pharmaceutical openings
within the first two months of a three-month project.
KNK Recruiting partnered with our large healthcare systemclient to understand why
experienced critical care nurses weren’t applying to openings. Working with client, we
improved their employment brand by developing a Critical Care Department video. This
video, created in partnership with the client’s marketing department, included
Physicians’ and Nurses’ testimonials. By the end of the project, 98% of Critical Care
Nurse openings were filled.
We developed a recruiting strategy to target STNAs with zero to three years of
experience, living within a 20-mile radius of our client’s facility. With a diligent recruiting
campaign geared toward a targeted audience, we were able to deliver 60 qualified
STNAs to our client within a seven-week period.
