Personal Profile
Micheál manages all commercial aspects of Civil’s /Building as well as high tech process and data centre
projects. He has a proven track record of delivering to budget, achieving value for money, while still
achieving the required standards and quality. Possessing an excellent planning ability, encompassing
foresight, experience and team knowledge ensures projects are delivered within dedicated project constraints.
This combined with effective communication (Timely/ precise/concise) ensures stakeholders are fully
informed and comfortable with project performance.
Prior to commencing his position in PM Group, Micheál was employed by Rowland’s Civil Engineering for
over 4 years as a Contracts Administrator / Quantity surveyor and Purchasing Manager. He also worked with
Keenaghan Development Limited as a Quantity surveyor and with McCauls Chartered Quantity Surveyor’s in
Co. Sligo as a Junior Quantity surveyor after completing his degree in Sligo Institute of Technology.
At present Micheál works as part of the Quantity Surveying team at PM Group Dublin, working on a variety
of different projects across different sectors.
