Marko Petričić is an organist and accordionist who holds a DMA in organ performance from Indiana University. He has over 20 years experience teaching organ and music theory as an associate faculty member at the University of Indianapolis. He also serves as the organist at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. His performing career includes solo recitals throughout the US and Europe and performances with orchestras. He has received several national and international competition prizes for both organ and accordion.

COMUNIDAD DE APRENDIZAJE “HORMIGA NEGRA”: MULTIPLICANDO EXPERIENCIASProfessorPrincipiante
Este trabajo intenta dar cuenta del recorrido de un grupo de profesoras noveles en
su primer año de ejercicio luego de haber atravesado la formación en el Profesorado de
Psicología de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.
La última materia del mismo es de carácter anual y consiste en prácticas docentes
en nivel medio y superior, en el área de psicología. El grupo clase trabajó centrado en el
modelo pedagógico de Comunidad de Aprendizaje. Como efecto multiplicador, se
propuso implementar dicho modelo en los diferentes ámbitos educativos en los cuales
cada una se desempeña.
Consideramos valioso adoptar este modelo ya que nos proporciona herramientas
para prevenir el malestar docente, compartiendo además con los alumnos el lugar del
saber, haciéndolos co – protagonistas del proceso de aprendizaje, permitiendo compartir
tanto los logros obtenidos como los miedos, angustias, obstáculos y ansiedades, para
poder superarlos a partir de la socialización de los mismos. Además promueve el
intercambio y el trabajo en común con nuestros pares y con otras instituciones de la
comunidad, generando de esta manera, comunidades de aprendizaje que exceden los
límites áulicos.
