 Recently completed a hobby project as a part of a 3 member team. The project uses Windows Phone 7
(.NET CF 3.7) as the platform. The application is called “Travel-Tweet” and utilizes the power of API.
The application is designed in Silverlight.
 Completed 5 set of application for Windows Mobile 6.0, using .Net Compact Framework in my position as
a Microsoft Student Partner. The applications have been released at The Windows Marketplace,
fully sponsored by Microsoft Academic Team

 Successfully completed a course on Windows Forms Programming in C# at Aptech Salt lake Centre,
Kolkata
 Successfully completed a short term training in autonomous robotics at The Advanced Robotics and
Electronics Laboratory

3. Achievements and Extra Curricular Activities:
 Have been selected as one of the 270 Microsoft Student Partners in India from more than 6000 applicants.
 Part of a 20 member Windows Mobile Application Development Team, selected by Microsoft from India.
 Recently lead a team of 10 Microsoft Student Partners from Kolkata to organize Microsoft’s biggest student
centric Kolkata event “DreamSpark Yatra Kolkata” till date. I presented sessions on .NET and Windows Phone
Development. Also presented sessions at Microsoft Academic developer Conference.
 Won the second prize in “FLAWED” at the college fest Dakshh 2009.The competition was held on C
programming.
 Received Distinction for outstanding performance in Science and Credit for above average performance in
English and Mathematics from Macmillan International Assessments for Indian Schools held in 2005.
 Established the Kolkata Student User Group which is registered under the International .NET Association
(INETA).
 Member of the core committee in Dakshh 2010, the annual tech fest of our college.
 Completed a fully autonomous line follower using embedded C programming.
