The target audience for the media product is females aged 15-45 from various socioeconomic classes. A young cast was chosen to appeal to teenagers, with a 16-year-old female and 17-year-old male lead to allow younger viewers to relate to the characters. While females are the primary target due to research showing they prefer romantic genres more, males could also be attracted due to couples viewing together or interest in the male lead character portrayed as a "bad boy."
