Pakistan's case against Kulbhushan Jadhav is absurd and flawed for several reasons: 1) Jadhav was arrested on March 3rd last year but his "confession" video was shown only 3 weeks later, too short a time for a thorough investigation involving multiple sites and witnesses. 2) Pakistan violated the Vienna Convention by not informing India of Jadhav's arrest and denying them consular access, fueling suspicions he was tortured. 3) The charges against Jadhav for alleged spying activities could not realistically have been carried out alone as prosecutions normally involve joint trials of multiple accused, yet no other trials have been indicated.
