Vendors we most often come across:
—    Blackbaud Note: Our clients have also
—    Convio / Blackbaud considered vendors more
                           traditionally focused on the

—    Salesforce
—    SugarCRM (open source)
—    TMA Resources

****This is not intended to be an exhaustive list****

History of Nonprofit Software Market
Consolidation Since 2000

                             acquisitions
                          by Blackbaud

                        —  3
                            acquisitions
                          by Convio

Initial Observations
—    Acquisition of Convio by Blackbaud means
      unclear roadmap for both.
—    Blackbaud will almost certainly consolidate
      products over time.
—    Historically, Blackbaud sunsets products slowly.
      (Patience is good).
—    If you are selecting, learn and evaluate.
      (Deliberation is good).
—    Look for new vendors/products in response to
      consolidation. (Innovation would be good).

                                                         Page | 7
