44° North Advertising and Design welcomes three new additions to their team: Bowen Hobbs, Frank Tower, and Shana Pawlowicz. Bowen Hobbs joined the design team in March 2009 and has been an integral part of the team, designing logos for the Midwest League All-Star Game. Frank Tower is the on staff web developer with over 15 years of experience. Shana Pawlowicz is a recent college graduate who helps with writing, spreadsheets, research, and runs two company blogs in her role as advertising associate.

44° North Advertising and Design welcomes the newest editions to their crew: Bowen
Hobbs, Frank Tower, and Shana Pawlowicz.
Born in Cudahy, Wisconsin, Bowen Hobbs decided to come to Oshkosh to pursue his
BFA, majoring in Graphic Communications with a minor in History. Bowen joined the design
team March 2009 and has been an implemental part ever since. Bowen is most proud of
designing the 2009 Midwest League All Star Game logos. He enjoys working on NFL and MLB
redesign series for his own amusement. In fact you can check out his 44° North Advertising and

May 2009 brought us local celebrity and former mayor Frank Tower. Frank is the on staff
web developer. Franks experience and expertise spans over 15 years of work with telephone and
Internet companies. But all work and no play makes Frank a dull boy. So in Frank’s free time he
enjoys traveling, sailing, motorcycle rides, working backstage at The Grand, and running an
occasional half marathon.
Our newest crewmember is Shana Pawlowicz. Shana is a recent graduate of the
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh majoring in Journalism and Communication emphasis in PR
and Advertising. As our advertising associate Shana helps out with writing, spreadsheets, and
research. She is also in charge of the Encore blog www.eventsbyencore.blogspot.com and the
44° North blog www.44degreenorth.blogspot.com. When Shana is not at the office you can find
her playing with her puppy, preparing for the Miss Oshkosh Pageant, snowboarding or reading
just about anything.
