This presentation summarizes a semester project on a CR and GR management system for a university. It includes an overview of maintaining student CR and GR data, the timeline for preliminary study, design, implementation, and known issues collecting meaningful data. Entity relationship diagrams are presented, including the mandatory relationships between students and classes, departments and classes, and student assignments to posts like CR and GR in each class. The database schema and resources needed are also outlined.
6. Looking Ahead
• What are the expected deliverables?
Providing desire outputs required by the
user or DBA
• Known issues
Collecting the meaningful data to be insert
in database.
7. The System Study
In a University, Each STUDENT must be
allocated to exactly one CLASS and a CLASS
must be formed by at least one or more
STUDENTs. There are Many Mandatory
posts for STUDENT’s exists in every CLASS
and there are Many Mandatory STUDENT’s
assigned to different posts (like CR and GR)
in every CLASS. There is one Mandatory
DEPARTMENT for many mandatory CLASS.
8. Scenario 1:
• Each STUDENT must be allocated exactly one CLASS
and a CLASS is made up by at least one or more
STUDENT(s).
12. Scenario 3:
• There are many mandatory POSTs for the STUDENTs in
each CLASS. There are many mandatory STUDENTs
whom to be assign the POSTs like CR/GR.

Notes
Use the Notes section for delivery notes or to provide additional details for the audience. View these notes in Presentation View during your presentation.
Keep in mind the font size (important for accessibility, visibility, videotaping, and online production)
Coordinated colors
Pay particular attention to the graphs, charts, and text boxes.
Consider that attendees will print in black and white or grayscale. Run a test print to make sure your colors work when printed in pure black and white and grayscale.
Graphics, tables, and graphs
Keep it simple: If possible, use consistent, non-distracting styles and colors.
Label all graphs and tables.
What is the project about?
Define the goal of this project
Is it similar to projects in the past or is it a new effort?
Define the scope of this project
Is it an independent project or is it related to other projects?
* Note that this slide is not necessary for weekly status meetings
Duplicate this slide as necessary if there is more than one issue.
This and related slides can be moved to the appendix or hidden if necessary.
The following slides show several examples of timelines using SmartArt graphics.
Include a timeline for the project, clearly marking milestones, important dates, and highlight where the project is now.
