• Through his work as a solo practitioner, Dr. Lester
Sandman mainly serves patients who have been referred
to him after undergoing previous treatment for
conditions such as depression or psychosis without
success. Dr. Lester Sandman holds an MD from the
Medical College of Wisconsin and maintains professional
membership in the Washington State Medical
Association (WSMA).
Through its Clinical Performance Improvement Network
(CPIN), the WSMA Foundation for Health Care
Improvement offers free educational webinars to
medical staff, physicians, and health-care providers.

3. Washington State Medical Association
• Accredited by the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education, the association can
offer up to one AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for
participation in each live webinar.
