Transportation:
Transfers are made by A/C vehicles. Depending on group size we use 4 to 40 seated vehicles. They
are all new and comfortable vehicles driven by experienced drivers in tourism. All these vehicles are
designed for maximum comfort.
Food:
We use either hotel restaurant or nearby restaurants. We try to have dinner at local, good quality
restaurants where available, instead of hotels. The meals at the restaurants are a la carte.
Accommodation:
We accommodate you minimum 4 – 5 star and butic Fully Luxury Hotels. Every luxury is provided for
your comfort.
Guide:
There will be a professional guide with the group from airport to airport. Our guides have license
from The Ministry of Turkish Tourism, they are all university graduate and professional on their
subject.

11.Exchange Rates
11.1. 1 Euro = 2.2 Turkish Lira (TL)
11.2. 1 TL = 2 Zloty PLN
Notes:
1. Tourist Guide will not be paying for museum entrances by laws.
2. Professional Tourist Guide’s accomodation is included to the price.
3. Flight tickets are not in the main Costs thats why the profit calculations made without
flight tickets.
4. Hotel prices are organized according to the mutual agreements between Travel
Agency and Hotels.
5. Exchange Rates are determined by the Travel Agency and written at the agreement
between visitors and Travel Agency.
6. Travel insurance is included to the Bus rental (0,5 %) by law and all responsibility for
travel insurance belongs to the Bus Company in Turkey.
7. Flight insurance made by flight company.
8. Visitors have to have a personal insurance along the culture tour, First aid and
ambulance services will be provided in urgent situations.
9. Professional Tourist Guide will be in charge all along.
10. For the visitors who does not follow the Professional Tourist Guide’s lead, Tourist
Guide will not be responsable from these visitors actions.
11. Costing the tour is made by Turkish Lira Ammount .
12. Along the road journeys there will be free coffe, tea and soft drink services for
visitors.
