This post-mortem summarizes a game created for Ludum Dare 33 with the theme "You are the Monster." The game was intended to be a side-scrolling twist on Rampage with RPG progression and powerups. While hundreds of sprites and an original song were created, and some mechanics worked well, the project creators misjudged the scope and created too many art assets, resulting in unfinished work. They learned the importance of managing scope and art amounts while still pushing creative boundaries.
