These four words deﬁne the mission and values with
which Solution Analysts functions. Our aim is to grow
our customers’ business through providing
technological automation solutions for their
businesses.
Since our inception, we have consistently endeavored
to stay abrest with the latest technological trends and
continue growing with our clients by providing them
superior solutions. We thrive in a competitive
environment and are continuously working towards
designing contemporary solutions that are relevant to
our client’s business needs.

The year 2015 ended on a positive note for us with lots of new
technologies, projects and great learning opportunities. We have
perfected strategies that are enabling us to be better executors. With
over 50 new members joining the team, in the previous year, we have
witnessed an immense growth spurt. Thanks to the new initiatives and
inquiries we have been able to make a clear assessment of our strengths
and weaknesses. This in turn has helped us realize the purpose of our
operations.
The organisation is undergoing a restructuring with new goals and vision.
This year, we plan on focusing more on solutions and improving services.
How will these new changes alter our operations and affect our clients?
Firstly, we will be virtual partners to our clients and hold complete
accountability for all aspects of success. One team will be assigned to the
client, on whom the clients can rely upon completely and interact with
for all their project needs. We will take over client project from
conducting market research, idea visualization and prototyping till project
go live with post-support.
In retrospection, we have realised that we have all the requisite skills
and technologies for delivering services of global standard to our clients.
With reorganisation and streamlined process execution, we hope to
ensure faster turnaround time. We are creating three divisions within the
organisation –
1. Custom development team working on ﬁx-bid projects
2. Dedicated development team
3. Support and maintenance team
Start-ups have to be opportunistic and aim at stability for the long term,
all these years this is where our focus lay. Now that the business has
grown, we are enhancing our strengths and creating a new vision which
aims beyond stability and reaches for growth. Our new vision is
–automation and comfort for clients, growth and opportunities for our
team. Automation is our passion, and we are making this our vision.
With our renewed commitment towards excellence, we intend to delve
into new aspects of technology such as Mobile IoT solutions. Our team
has taken up fresh challenges with great zest and is looking forward to
executing phenomenal solutions for clients in areas as diverse as home
automation, security solutions, farming automation or business
automation.
