JL. Hazleton Construction will make services in the following areas:
Kitchen & and room restoration details, we will remove all existing vinyl tiles in kitchen
area. We will remove all existing vinyl tiles in room next to the boiler room. We will
remove all damaged wooden board and rafter existing in kitchen and room next to
boiler room including the bathroom. We will remove all de debrish from the
demolition and removal. We also will fix plumbing system in bathroom area. We will
install new 2"x4” rafter board in all floor. We will 3/4 inch wooden board over the 2x4-
rafter frame. We will Install new cement water board in all places described above. We
will install new tiles in all areas described above. We will install grout in tiles spaces.
We will install new plastic baseboard in all new tiles edges, and we will do the project
cleanup.
 The guarantee of this contract is to 1 year.
 The guarantee will be invalid in case of future filtration.
 This work will have a cost of project materials and work of $4900 dollars.
