The parties agree to a pre-event consultation before the event date in order to finalize the actual
shooting times, locations, and deliver the Client’s attached request list for specific photographs.
The bride and groom agree to set aside enough time before to complete all requested pre-
wedding ceremony photographs 30 minutes before the start of the wedding. Allocate 3 minutes
per requested individual or group photo as a time guide. At least 30 minutes of time must also
be planned after the wedding ceremony to gather people for photographs that could not be
obtained during or before the wedding. If the bride’s, groom’s, or other people’s late arrival
prevents all the desired images from being taken, the photographer shall not be held liable for
lack of time to take desired photographs.
Photographer will provide coverage for the dates, locations, and continuous hours specified in
this Agreement. Additional travel or coverage hours may be added by agreement on the wedding
day and must be paid in full before any photos or products are released to the Client. Every
reasonable effort will be made to take the requested pictures on the attached form. The Client
understand that this is an uncontrolled event and that due to the vagaries of the weather, available
light, time restrictions, and willingness of subjects, the Photographer cannot possibly guarantee
that ALL requested photos will be taken. Images determined by the photographer to be
substandard or duplicated may be edited out. The Photographer will use her professional
judgment and sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. Such selection shall constitute all
images that will be made available to Client.
Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution discs and/or proof sets may
contain a mixture of color, black and white, and selective color images. An alternately colored
version of a photograph may be purchased at the current rate. Limited color correction and/or

3. retouching are included at Photographer’s discretion. Client may request further changes for an
additional charge. Photographer is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly
from her. For best results, clients with high-resolution files should order their prints through a
reputable lab.
As the author of all images made hereunder, and as provide for by United States Copyright Laws
(Title 17, U.S. Code Section 101), the Photographer shall retain the copyright’s in perpetuity,
regardless of possession of ownership of photographs, digital files, or any other format of
reproduction. Client recognizes and agrees that the Photographer may reproduce, publish
(including internet), exhibit and otherwise use images created hereunder, without specific
identification of persons or events, (1) as samples of work to be shown to prospective clients, (2)
as samples of work to be displayed for marketing or competition.
If the Photographer cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other
casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to
Photographer’s illness or injury, then the Photographer will return all fees to the Client(s) but
shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall
also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through
camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of
the Photographer. Client(s) agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, reenacted or
repeated for the purpose of a re-shoot and limits the photographer’s liability to the amount paid
under this contract.
Upon signing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the photographer will reserve the time
agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason,
all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or if the wedding becomes cancelled
for any reason. Cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the contracted party, and mailed
to the Sharon’s Pictures, 6383 Pridemore Court, Ashland, MO 65010.
Upon receipt of a photo CD, Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the
photographs. Photographer does not permanently archive image files. Photographer is not
responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital
technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read discs provided. It is the
Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. Photo
CD will be delivered to the Clients within 2 weeks of the event.
Client may assign one friend/family member (not in event party) to point out key people to
