This document summarizes oil product consumption in Italy for January 2016 and 2015. It shows consumption of gasoline, diesel, LPG, lubricants and other products. Most products saw a slight decrease in consumption from 2015 to 2016, with diesel decreasing by 2.6% and gasoline decreasing by 6.3%. Exceptions were heating oil which increased by 15.2% and agricultural diesel which increased by 12.9%. Total consumption increased by 2% from 4497 thousand tons in 2015 to 4589 thousand tons in 2016.
