1. Consent for a young person under 18 for use of video image

I am studying A-level media this year and my coursework project is to film my own
Music video. For this I need volunteers to play characters in my music film or even
extras. This is why I am writing a letter asking you for permission that your
daughter/son can be photographed or filmed. This footage will be used by myself
and my partner also my media teacher (Mrs. Newsted), the examiner of my
coursework and I may upload the film to YouTube. Com for audience feedback
which is necessary for my coursework evaluation. I need all these volunteers for
this to work. So I would be very Grateful if you daughter/son could take part.
