11.  Nigella sativa seeds, known as Habbah Al-Sauda in
Arabic, have been commonly used as a natural remedy
for many ailments for over 2000 years.
 Being no more than 3 mm in length, black seed
originates from the common fennel flower plant (Nigella
sativa) of the buttercup (Ranunculaceae) family.
