To access the STaRchart website, click the provided link and login using your username, which is typically your first and last name followed by a number. If you forgot your password from last year, enter your username and click "send password" to receive it via email. Once logged in, click "Begin" to start the survey.

1. 1 - Open the STaRchart website. Click on this link: http://starchart.esc12.net/
2 - Click Login
3 - Open the attachment to find your Username. (Typically Firstname.LastName , -sometimes followed
by a number).
4 - Enter your Username as indicated on the list. Enter the password you created last year.
5 – Don’t remember your password from last year? Fill out your user name and hit the send password
button to receive your password by email.
