Wednes Aria Yuda, graduated from Food and Science Technology
of University of Gadjah Mada Jogjakarta, falling in love with
Chocolate, Tea and Coffee, the man behind the operations of Ayu
Mandiri tours and travel, and sometimes doing his things making
his own sound systems.

possession. Raised in the Crater of Candradimuka. Because of his
Antakusuma vest, he can dance freely to the sky. His power is

Lemongrass that normally only added in meals, now combined

to guard the Sultan in the ceremony of Crown Jubilee of the Sultan
. With their navy blue dress, black pantofel and hat called Black

The top level of Soldier. The Front liner in every battle. Bright red
is their special sign. Their unique hat called Kudhup Turi that looks
like red chili. That is the reason they also called as Soldier of Red
Chili. Armed with guns, keris and spears, they march bravely
with Rotodadali as their marching song theme to every battle.

its new height. Decorated with Nyutra Soldier that has the same
beauty in its philosophy, our beloved chocolate will be a nice

Nyutra Is the elite soldiers of The Sultan. Nyutra means as smooth
as silk. Not only has to qualified guarding the Sultan, they also
have to be able to dance in front of the Sultan. Divided into 2
groups: The Black and Red Nyutra. Their most authentic signature
is their hat called Udheng Gilig. Armed with guns, spears, keris,
arrow and concave shield, they will always stand by the Sultan.

Kraton is the most important landmark in Jogjakarta. It is the
Sultan’s Palace, where the Sultan and his family stays. But Kraton
is also Jogjakarta’s cultural centre. Kraton has two squares in
Nothern Part of Kraton and at Southern Part of Kraton. Northern
square is commonly use for celebrating something important,
while Southern square is commonly use for medication or spiritual
event.
Wedang Ronde is an authentic drink from Jogjakarta. And also
Jogjakarta’s Sultan HB IX favorite drinks. Easily found in Northern
Square in front of Jogjakarta’s Sultan Palace. Served in a small
bowl with flat spoon, the ginger drinks collaborate with other herb,
kernel of Sugar Palm, roasted peanut and small sticky rice balls
with sweet peanut filling. Will warmth your heart and your soul

Southern Square has two Guardian Banyan Tree called Ringin
Kurung. There is a special rite at this square to identify purity of a
person’s heart. This rite is trying to get through between the space
of this Ringin Kurung with blind folded eye. A person who could do
this considered as sincere persons and hopefully their wishes will
be granted by God.
Small cart selling Bajigur easily found in Southern Square of
Kraton Ngayogyakarta. Bajigur, a drink made from coconut milk,
boiled with herb, spices and coffee. Usually, Wedang Bajigur drinks
with steamed banana, peanut, cassava or soybean as companion.

Imogiri is a name of location in Southern part of Jogjakarta which
sacreted because it is a tomb for all Mataram King’s lines, both
Jogjakarta’s lines or Solo’s line. The unique architecture because it
tremendous stairs. To reach the King’s tombs area, we have to
climb 409 stairs.
Wedang Uwuh was incidentally founded by Sultan Agung when he
medicating in Imogiri under the Clove tree. When a clove leaves
falls into his Secang tea, it makes the drinks more delicate and
warm. The name Uwuh means litter. It’s referring to the drink
appearance of full leaves like pile of litter. Its main ingredient is:
Ginger, Clove bud and leaves, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Sappanwood,
Cinnamon and Kefir Lime leaves, beautifully synchronize and fill
your cups with its warmth. It is a delicate cuisine to drink after
work. It will soothe your heart and soul.

Saman dance was created by Syech Saman of Gayo. This
meaningful dance only danced during important moment in Gayo
culture. This dance is also danced on the Birthday of Muhammad
SAW, the Last Prophet in Islam.
When it comes about coffee, Gayo people could not be separated
with coffee. They even have a term “Maman ilang maman ijo, beta
pudaha, beta besilo” which means : whoever a Gayo’s will never
be far away from coffee for his/her entire life.

Bedhaya Manten is a special dance that only showed on Kraton
Yogyakarta’s Wedding ceremony. Danced beautifully synched by 10
ladies. There are mith that there will be the 11th dancer among
them, the Nyi Roro Kidul herself.
Coffee from Merapi Mountain grows in the vulcanic soil 1200 above
sea level. After Merapi eruption in 2012, the Merapi Arabica is re-
planted with better system to produce better coffee.

Legong danced by 2 beautiful ladies. This dance was created by
the Prince of Sukawati whose inspired by his dream. Collaborated
by Gamelan of Semar Pagulingan, Legong dance normally danced
inside Kraton only. But today you can watch it outside Kraton
area.
Famous Bali coffee originated from Kintamani area. The coffee
planted in special allocated area called Protected Geographic
Indication. They are the guardian of Kintamani coffee.

Caci Dance is a war and agility showed dance of Flores men. Only
danced on harvest period, new year or when welcoming an
important guest. Danced by 2 men holding a mace made from
rattan and a shield made by buffalo skin.
The word of Bajawa originated from the Bha and Jawa that means
a plate of peace. It is the name of the biggest Nua or village in
Flores. Bajawa’s coffee is very famous among the coffee lover
around the world. They even could not fulfil the export request.

Pa’Pangngan dance is a welcome dance from Toraja. Danced by
beautiful ladies. Then the guest will be served with a leaves of
beetle as a sign of being accepted in Toraja community. Toraja
means “people who stays in above country”. At this term, above
means north.
Toraja coffee was re-founded by a Japanese named Mr. Seino who
open a coffee plantation in Padamaran area and preserving the
bean from Toraja.

War dance of Wamena is dance performed to welcome a guest.
Danced men of Dani Tribe. The story of this dance usually about
how The Dani’s rescue their woman that been kidnapped by other
tribe.
The Wamena coffee grows in the Baliem Valley of Jayawijaya
mountain. Coffee that grow above the virgin soil of Papua made
them the most authentic organic coffee. And the quality of this
coffee is unbelievably top knots.
