District 2 Median Income This district has historically been one of the lowest income in the region. Currently, the majority of HH’s in District 2 make >56k annually. With a few small pockets in the next income bracket. The current and future growth from the BRAC expansion at Ft Sam Houston and Randolph is putting more pressure on already strained infrastructure with increased demands for housing & commercial property to support the needs of the troops and support jobs coming for the expanded missions.
