Barry Williams and Ethan Draddy, representing the Baltimore Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, spoke at Baltimore City Police Commissioner Frederick Bealefeld's retirement dinner to thank him for his support of Scouting and youth in the city. Bealefeld had frequently volunteered his time with Scouts, including camping trips, and worked to help the Scouts organize new units in targeted neighborhoods. In honor of his service, Williams and Draddy presented Bealefeld with two new Under Armour Scout uniform shirts from the Baltimore Area Council.
