Kelsey Davison wrote a multigenre project to honor her father Claude Edward Davison who passed away from esophageal cancer at the age of 50. The project includes biographical information about her father, memories of their time spent fishing together at the Yadkin River, poems written for her father, and a letter to him in heaven where she expresses missing him during holidays and her future life events. The perfect day memory describes their last happy day together fishing before his cancer diagnosis. The project aims to help Kelsey remember and heal from losing her father at a young age.

Annie doesn't live here anymore

Marie was born in Quito, Ecuador to a father of Spanish descent and an Incan mother. The narrator first met Marie when she was nine years old while visiting friends in Quito. They were told that if any link in that chain had been broken, there would be no them or many others. The dreamer was reminded to cherish good deeds and plant good seeds as these create good thoughts that diminish lies. They were encouraged to revisit happy memories and work to find lasting happiness where dreams really do come true.
