2. A major innovative change which i want the
Railway & Metro authorities is to mark
ENTRY and EXIT
on every coach.

3. In a coach,one entrance
should be marked as
ENTRY
And the other entrance
should be marked as
EXIT

4. There is a need for colour code on the
train and on the platform for smooth
ENTRY and EXIT of all coaches of
trains

5. The incoming passengers will get in
from ENTRY while the outgoing
passengers can form a queue and
get down from EXIT to avoid
overcrowding at both the entrance.

7. Those under 20 yrs of age and those above
60 must not be allowed until new cases of
coronovirus stop(Only In exception cases
where the members of the family comprises
only of grand parents and grand childrens.)

8. A disinfectant Tunnel must be
placed at the entry and exit points of
all Railway & Metro stations.

9. A Railway Police Personal or
Ticket Collector or Metro Personal
must be stationed in each coach to
avoid overcrowding during peak
hours.

10. Buying tickets from
Mobile App or Smart Card
must be encouraged.

11. A Railway Police Personal or Ticket
Collector or Metro Personal must be
stationed at the entrance of the bridge
through which the public access the
platform.

12. A centralised Time Token machine
should be placed at the entrance of
Railway Stations & Metro Stations
on both sides East and West.

13. The time on the token can be used
as a medium to allow passengers
access to platform on first cum first
basis.

14. When a Train or Metro halts ,let all
outgoing passengers leave the
platform. Only after their exit,allow
passengers for the incoming train to
step down towards platform.

15. Individual with home quarantine
stamp or under isolation must not be
allowed.

16. All hawkers should be banned from
selling goods on the
bridges,platforms and coaches for 3
months.

17. A fine must be enforced for not
wearing a mask.The Railway &
Metro authorities must also distribute
free mask for the poor travellers.

18. For Slow local trains reduce the intake to 20
passengers per coach at the first station.For 12
coach ,it would come to 240.If there are 3
bridges allow 80 passengers per bridge.Slowly
allow 5 persons per coach from each station
and 10 persons per coach for crowded major
stations.

19. For Fast trains allow 20 passengers per
coach at the first station and allow 20
passengers per coach from major stations.
One can also decide through data as per
the ticket sold.

20. For Metro, reduce the intake to 10
passengers per coach at the first
station.Slowly allow 5 persons per coach.
One can also decide through data as per
the tickets sold.

21. At the same time there must be an
increase in the frequency of the
trains.

22. In Metro ,coaches can be
separated within with the help of
rods Or big tapes.
