Columbia Records is an American record label owned by Sony Music that was founded in 1888. It is currently led by CEO Rob Stringer and represents primarily pop artists such as Adele, Beyoncé, and Calvin Harris, though it also works with R&B, rock, rap, alternative, and dance artists. The label's slogan, "music moving forward," appears at the top of each page along with the title "Columbia."
