3. § Collins roofing ltd is based in Dublin and was founded in 2005 by Sean Collins.
§ The company directly employs 19 roofers and other trades with the ability to add
resources when required.
§ The company has a roof sub-contracting division working on behalf of some of Ireland’s
large contractors like Sisk, John Paul, Structuretone and Collen.
§ The company is currently expanding into related building envelope solutions and is now
pricing roof paving, fall arrest & fire safety as well as louvre systems.
§ All our roofs come with a 10 - 25 years guarantee, depending on the type of material
used.
§ All works are fully insured.

Sean’s mantra is “No Leaks” doing it right the first time. Sean can often be seen training some of the newer members
underneath a deck when rain has stopped work. Sean will not allow slips in terms of quality or health & safety.

Ciara is the brains behind the operation. Ciara manages all aspects of the internal business elements including compliance and
building regulation.

Michael joined the company in 2010 in the position of contracts manager. He is known as an exceptional man manager. His
attention to detail ensures that projects don’t run over time or budget.

8. § to increase the level and contract size of roofing services provided to
main contractors from 61% to 80% of total turnover.
§ to provide design & build services to our clients when required.
§ to develop safety systems from OH&S 18001 model to attain the iso 45001:2016
certification.
§ to increase turnover percentage of services provided to main contractors to include
all envelop works including cladding, louvres, paving fire and fall arrest systems.
