DATA CARD
Thank you for participating in Clean Ocean Action’s (COA) Beach Sweeps and completing this data card. Data collection is the most important task
and turns your dedication and volunteerism into a legacy of information we use to reduce litter and marine debris. The data from this card is collected
and analyzed to identify pollution trends in the waters off New Jersey’s coast. The final results from Beach Sweeps are used to educate citizens and
lawmakers about nonpoint source pollution. The data is also forwarded to Ocean Conservancy, who maintains an international database for tracking
trends of marine debris in the world’s oceans. For information on how to help raise funds, to reduce pollution, and to check out COA’s Annual Beach
 Sweep Reports visit www.CleanOceanAction.org.

Photo Consent: As a participant in the Clean Ocean Action Beach Sweeps, I/we understand that there may be photos taken of me and/or my family
that may be used by Clean Ocean Action to promote their programs.
